Our series of events within the Anna-Lindh-Foundation campaign “Restore trust, rebuild bridges” have finally come to an end with the celebration of an official prize ceremony at the Institut Francais Valencia on 21 September 2009 (International Day of Peace). 21 of the best photographs taken under the motto Moments of Peace - for an Intercultural Co-existence during the RECREATURA photomarathon on 5 September 2009 had been exhibited in the Institut Francais between 14 and 21 September and the audience had been given the opportunity to vote for their favourite photos. In addition, a jury composed of photography and Mediterranean experts had selected the four best photos.

All the photos of the marathon are still available in our photo gallery. The results of the overall project - the photo marathon and the final exhibition - were also further diffused online during an Online Arts Festival organised by our partner organisation EMYAN (Euro-Med Young Artists Network) between 20 and 30 October 2009.
